Welcome to Vamira. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vamira mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by us. By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

Vamira is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our App, you represent and warrant that:

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vamira responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload or store content that violates laws or infringes on others' rights

In-App Purchases and Coins

Vamira offers premium features through a coin-based system:

• No Subscriptions: We do not offer recurring subscription services
• One-Time Purchases: All premium features are unlocked through one-time coin purchases
• Non-Refundable: Coin purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law
• Apple App Store: All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms
• No Real Value: Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create or store in Vamira:

• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for backing up your data
• Local Storage: Your content is stored locally on your device
• No Cloud Backup: We do not provide cloud backup services for your content
• Data Loss: We are not responsible for any loss of your data

Intellectual Property

Vamira and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that:

• We retain all rights, title, and interest in the App
• You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App
• We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated:

• By You: You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device
• By Us: We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Update or modify the App at any time

• Discontinue features or the entire App
• Require app updates for continued use
